At UGG Since 1974, we take pride in our handcrafted Australian heritage and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn boots in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Gold Coast

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our Australian workshop.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Processing

  Once our artisans verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
